By placing a booking on our website you agree to the following terms and conditions.
I agree and understand that I am solely responsible for my dog and my dog’s actions while using any of the facilities at Cambridgeshire Canine Creche, including the grass field. I agree these terms are in place for this and any subsequent visit/hire in the future.
I understand that I am hiring a fenced grass area from Cambridgeshire Canine Creche. I further understand that Cambridgeshire Canine Creche staff will not monitor my dog when on the field. I am responsible for my dog and I will not leave my dog unattended at any point.
We reserve the right to ban anyone on a permanent basis for using the field outside of our rules and regulations of booking.
I understand that my dog has access to a fenced area, although precautions have been taken to make the area secure I agree that I will not hold Cambridgeshire Canine Creche responsible if my dog escapes or for any injury to my dog if they should escape.
I agree that I will clean up after my dog by picking up and removing any dog waste, (use a poo bag and dispose of it in the bin provided near the gate). The grass field is checked after hire by staff and anyone found to not be cleaning up after their dog will be asked to leave and not be allowed to hire the field again.
This service can be used by aggressive, nervous or dogs in training. We ask clients to keep their dogs in the car until the previous clients dog/s has left the field and been secured in their car to allow no crossover meetings between dogs.
Payment in full must be made before using the grass field. Refunds will only be issued if cancelled 24 hours the booking slot. 40p will be deducted for cancelled bookings to cover admin and cards processing fees.
No refunds will be issued if cancelled within 24 hours of the booking slot.
To keep all our pawsome customers safe, we do require all dogs that are using the field to be fully vaccinated and in good health.
Please note we do not allow the use of choke, prong or electric collars anywhere on our land and we reserve the right to end any field hire if we consider any behaviour to be inappropriate or against our ethics.
